what r the care specific requirements for the K. Tenuis?...are they similar to montane species like quads or jacksons...just curious...
ACE..LOL! I was typing my question in the same time as you and we both ended with...Just Curious I saw your post with the same ending and I had a good chuckle..We seem to be piggy backing tonight hahaha
i guess so...wouldnt have it any other way
They are imported as f1 from tanzania, this year only 22 were allowed to be exported out. as for the I treat them similar to quads, rudis, any montane species but No Significant drop in temp as I wouldn't consider them a true montane species, they just don't seem to like it. But everything else is about the same.
Well my experience is limited with them as I just received them from jared not to long ago but they are not aggressive what.so ever and have no issues with communal setups, however they are very shy and can be so shy to the point of even dropping off the branch.in defense
Have you seen the male drop from the branch and start flopping around like a fish out of water? I suspect that they do this to bury themselves in ground litter or tall grass.
I did see him do this once, he seemed very nervous right before he did it and them BAM right to the ground and started wiggling around, it was quite interesting. I just thought he was having a tantrum because he saw me coming with crickets instead of silkwoms
LOL!!! It is definitely "interesting" to say the least.
Nice pics, man. YOu definitely give her more justice than I could with my crappy point and shoot cameras
