Kale and other veggies?

Does anyone have issues with their veiled chameleon not interested in leafy greens or any veggies. Should I be ok with Apollo ignoring the kale I put in his feeding dish?

both of mine tried to eat my fake plants when I put them in their new cages but would never touch the kale I tried to give them. Now I just feed the kale to the crickets. They are eating kale one way or the other.

I did put the kale in the Kricket Keeper. What else do you feed your crickets?
