Kinyongia tenuis import/export

I am looking to in the future do some importing/exporting of this species (Mainly Export into Canada) And in the future import into the US from other countries that breed them. I am just wondering as far as exporting to Canada, Cites docs are needed correct? And the only way to obtain these are to have had them from the original import? Any advise is greatly appreciated!

The only way to re-export is to have the original importer file a re export of those animals imported.
