Thanks! Here are some of the progress pics. I used a big pothos in addition to the mandavilla until the mandavilla grew in.

How do you keep the heat manageable? I used a 90% sun shade on top of cage and lots of automated misting and it still sometimes got over 90f in the cage here in Kentucky. This week Cryo is actually back inside because of a heat wave.
Beman's outdoor enclosure. 4x2x4 ft. Sits under a huge cottonwood tree. Gets small beams of sun scattered through the trees from 1pm to 4pm. Otherwise shady. Still hitting a 1.5-2 UVI even under the trees. But full sun here can easily be a 9 uvi. 
Only plant I have found that works in it are hibiscus although they are not thriving with the limited lighting. Everything else dies off in AZ. And he is a veiled so I have to be more careful.

They are basically in the shade. We also have a canvas on most that cover half the top for additional shade. They get a little sun that come through the tree. We have MistKing on them and drippers.

Does anyone have a link to the dragon strand planter box video I started building one last summer and got about halfway done. Can't seem to find it on YouTube or the ds website. I'm really hoping to keep my panther outdoors as much as possible this spring and summer.
I have a old screen 2*2*4 with ledges already installed to put into place and just need to finish building the box and get it planted up. My little man's gonna be thrilled to outside in natural light I just wanna get things dialed in so he can enjoy the full season. Any tips are welcome and feel free to message me if you have any tips for outdoor set ups in southern California

This makes me want to put my meager woodworking skills to work and make some outdoor enclosures. If only I had a shade tree…or any tree…or any shade in my yard.
