light and pencil cactus question

So I just finished setting up my first cham enclosure and I am extremely excited to get my baby panther cham. I was wandering if people had any ensight on pencil cactus, it seems like a perfect plant because it is very branchy and very sturdy, given this will not be the only plant in here I was just wandering if there is anything against them for a cham, i know they leak a white goo if they are damaged but it takes a lot to damage them. Also how long during the day do you keep your uvb light on for a baby panther cham?

Aparently it's poisonous and it's recommended that plants and kids stay far away from them. I would stick to another cham-safe option, like pothos, ficus, umbrella plant, etc.

And it's recommended to keep the UV lights on for 12 hours.

oh no good the plant was to tall to fit in anyway but good thing. Thanks a lot for all the help on here guys

Euphorbia tirucalli is VERY TOXIC! Im all about people using weird plants in enclosures but this and ALL other Euphobia are off limits. The sap can make you go blind. Ive had the sap get on my arms before and it gave me a horrible rash. I do like it as a landscape plant though. Very trippy looking in my opinion.
