Getting ready to purchase double bulb fixture with Arcadia 6% and 65k day light just wanted to make sure this is okay for my Veiled cham . I'm pretty sure it's okay but a little assurance .

That should be fine. I use the same setup for some of my chameleons.

I use them as well, and my chams have drastically improved since starting this type of light. If you do have specific questions, you can always email Todd at light my reptile. He is an amazing source of information. I love my arcadia lights, won't lie!
