liquid vitamin...to use or not to use???

i use to use liquid vitamins they were recominded by a pet store owner but i stoped using it a while back...was thinking of using it again... what do u guys think? it was called sera reptilin vitamins 15 ml...

How are you giving the liquid vitamin to you chameleon?
I hope your not injecting it into his mouth.

no... im not even giving it to her anymore... but when i bought her i was told to place 3 drops onto her water (lil dripper) and it would help with her health... was thinking about giving it to her again but not to sure

I use a spray by zilla called tropical mist its for shedding mostly,not vitamins. I would stick with a good gut load routine, and a dusting of a few crix or worms once a week. Pet store owners can be good or bad, I would judge that by his stock and how healthy they are before I take advice on it. The only liquid supplement I use is water in a spay bottle with aloe in it during shedding...ancient hawaiian secret.
