Little bump

Hi, I have had my chameleon for almost 2 years now and he has always being good health wise, but this time I came home from work saw him and notice this little bump? On his skin, It looks like is part of his skin but I'm just worried because it appeared out of no where. Can anyone help me to see what it is? Also it seems to be that his eyes are super swollen that might be me tho

Can you take a picture of the entire chameleon please? I can not see the eyes well enough but they do not look right but also unless it is the image, he looks extremely thin... Looking at that arm in the image and the sunken in cheeks.
