Will a large plant die under the heat of the basking lamp?

Also would you recommend keeping the plants in separate pots or all together in one big one? I have a very large pot (its actually a water tank which I can modify) and i have many smaller and medium pots, so it doesn't matter to me.

My plants are all ok. I have found that Ficus are a bit more temperamental though - they can be ok for ages, then just drop all their leaves! Wether you have one large pot or several smaller ones is really down to preference and how the rest of the cage is set up. I prefer smaller pots with vines, sticks, etc running between them, it gives the chams more places to move around.

I would say go with small pots. That way, if you decide to remove a plant or move things around, you only have to remove that pot, and don't have to dig around.
