They are a good site but I would not use mealworms with chameleons. You can use the freshly shed white one but the others contain too much chitin and can end up causing compaction. I would steer clear of them personally.

There is no problem with feeding a few mealworms to chams, they have chitin, but so do most insects. They are a bit fatty as well, but a few a week will be a nice treat, especially if they have been gutloaded well.
