Living In The Garage

Does anyone here keep their Chameleons in their garage? I always wonder about the carbon monoxide from the cars after you park the vehicle in there. I have thought about it to keep the 'other unwilling owner' from being upset about reptiles in the house....lol.

Yeah, Chams are sensitive to smells and stuff. A 'working' garage is no place to keep them happy :)

Yeah, I would't keep chameleons in the garage unless it is a 'finished' garage. As in, it's insulated and heated and you don't park a car in there.

A garage would have to be converted into a chameleon room. As possible lack of water, heat source and insulation would have to be addressed. However I would recommend considering it as having your reptile (chameleons) and insects colonies out of the main house is a luxury and comfortable arrangement.
