This is a wonderful day. Echo decided to come out of his cage on my arm, of his own free will, and has been settled in on my shoulder for almost 2 hours now! Even giving me the occasional nuzzle with his nose! I gave him the opportunity to go back to his cage, a few times, but he is quite content to stay right where he's at!
