What is the dosage per 100g for the LLL Reptile pancur?

I have Panacur from my vet and not sure if it's the same thing from LLL Reptile but this is what it says on the bottle:

Panacur Liquid (1-25lbs)

Give 0.1 cc per 10 grams of weight. Dose once and repeat in 3 weeks.

100mg/kg repeat in 2 weeks

100 gram animal would get .1ml

I guess its the same dosage as reptaid.

It says its a paste. Is this what all panacur is? How do I administer it?
