LLL Reptile Substrate/Drip Trays

Hello Everyone,
So I was wondering if anyone knows if the LLL Reptile Substrate Trays fit into the Reptibreeze. I have a couple 16x16x20 reptibreezes and the LLL doesnt make substrate trays for that size. it's a 16x15x20. So I was thinking of getting the 16x16x30 substrate tray for my 16x16x20 retibreeze. Does anyone know if it will fit?!?! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well I'd assume you'd try to get a size smaller than what you have, something large than the size of your cage probably wouldn't fit.

but the base size or 16x16 is what I need. the height of the tray should be any larger. If I go smaller with the 16x15x20 I'm losing an inch on the tray base which will leave a gap for crickets and ish to get into.

why dont you check their inventory on the website?

I would say that since the length and width dimensions match it should fit; height really shouldn't matter in a try - they probably only include that because thats the standard size of whatever brand of cage they sell.

I already emailed them and got no response. So I called and they said give them a week to find out. I need to set up my cage ASAP. I don't want to have to change it only my chams get in.

The tray doesn't fit the same size DIY cages though.

Why do you need a substrate tray? One of the joys of a reptibreeze is the lack of any reason to have substrate.

You said that you called them, did you call the 888 number? If so then you might want to call one of their stores instead. I like the girl that answers the 888 phone number and she's helpful but she often calls the stores to get info herself.
