LLLReptiles screen cags and humidity

I know these are fairly popular in the US and I like the look of them.

How difficult is it to keep the humidity high enough in them?

Thanks

EDIT: Ooops, meant cages in title

You can tie acrylic cut to size to some of the sides (drill holes and tie with cable ties/string)...I just spray the crap out of my mine though...it's outside so excess water all over the place doesn't matter

:):):) I can't recommend these cages highly enough...I am going to buy at least another 2...they are practical, light weight and look wicked!

Just make the the leaves get sprayed several times throught the day... Keeps my humidity right on.:)

PS. They are the best cages I have ever used... Look nice... Very functional, and no bugs escape!

I recently purchased one the of the cages from lllreptile. I like it a lot. It came damaged but they instantly offered to replace the pieces. I however have had a small issue with humidity. I have a carpet chameleon and believe the humidity should be around 80%. In the 18x18x36 cage I have a big hibiscus, a medium arrowhead like plant, some vines, and a large fake plant hanging from the corner. I hand mist several times a day and the average humidity is 50-60%. The water dries fast.

I ordered an electric mister. I think I will also partially cover a couple sides of the cage, if I still need to, as I have heard from several people that works well. The fake plants obviously don't offer any humidity definitely use lots of real plants. The one I've got in the corner the chameleon loves and spends all day in but I still think she is a bit dehydrated. It will be fixed asap!

I like this cage though because I did compare it to all the other ones I could find on the market and I like the visibility, how light it is, the price, easy set-up, and it looks good.

Well I've just ordered four and can't wait for them to arrive.

Only downside was that the shipping to the UK cost nearly as much as the cages:(

So if any UK shop owners are reading, there is a market for them here;)
