Loving Pothos

I took all fake plants out of the cage and immediately came to like it better. The humidity stays up way higher of course, and the leaves retain water better. In comparison to fake plants drying off within a half hour. This makes it so I don't have to mist as frequently! And Sprite enjoys her new potho as well :) Pretty hard to find her in it somedays!

@Nicholasdeaan very nice set up u have there, hide and seek her all day:)

Thank you! I did thin it out just a tad so she'd be able to maneuver through it easier. And added some more branches for resting spots. Definitely hide and seek all day long lol I don't even bother half the time

It now stays up at around 70% percent spiking to 80% after misting. Before I would struggle to get her humidity to stay at 40-50% with spikes up to 60%. Makes a huge difference!

Awesome, and how was the Ceftazidime treatment go,did she get better??

She still has 4 more doses which gives it another week since they're every other day. Still signs of weezing and excess saliva. I hope she gets better! Next I'm getting a fecal done.

Yes,Im sure you already let ur vet knows that, sometime will take finishing the whole doses before you see her well, best luck to u,keep her healthy:)

That's sooooo much better. I am glad you decided to make the change and I know your little cham is as well. Nice job!

Pothos is a great plant. I have it in most of my enclosures. :) My Ambilobe Otto sometimes sleeps nestled into the center of his hanging pot of pothos. I have to snap a picture of it one of these days. All you can see is his head.

Mine will do the same thing :) There's a certain spot she retreats to each night to sleep. Haven't seen her eat any yet though!

And a picture would be cool!

Yep, my Chameleon loves Pothos too... He sleeps in/on it every night. Hopefully, I don't manage to kill it (i.e. the plant) somehow!

How did you mange too hang the plant off the top mesh please

Not very much. The plant takes up the whole cage. I snipped a few vines to make it a little easier for the Cham to crawl through them. The top vines all grow downward generally. Is this what you were asking?
