Lower jaw sticking out?

Hello fellow parents!

My boy has his lower jaw sticking out, it slowly became this way and now just. Is? There was a little crust I cleaned but not outwardly noticeable wounds or rot. It doesn't curl, just sort of is an underbite now. There's a sort of rot looking patch of scales too but doesn't look bad? Whatever it is seems mild and I have plans to bring him to the vet when I can, but the lower jaw position confuses me.

Any advice? Pics attached.

Hi there! This guy looks to be a bit on the chunky side. Those puffs behind his head, the full cask and the bubble under his chin are signs of obesity. What is his feeding and supplement schedule? This could lead to gout. I’m not sure it goes with his chin problem but maybe. Other options as mentioned is mbd for the chin issue. Hopefully it’s nothing serious, good luck with this guy, he’s a cutie.

Right now I use Repti calcium every other day (I feed him every other day). And Repashy Calcium Plus LoD 3 twice a month.

I notice his crickets escape though and he ends up eating later than when I feed him, and maybe the crickets lose their powder by then?

6 to 12 crickets every other day with two treats a week if that (superworm, silkworms, horn worms, whenever I can get any of them) , he won't eat other bugs at all, I keep trying with bsfl and roaches but they never take and I just end up with all these bugs.

Hi. That spot along his lower lip looks like mouth rot. He definitely needs to be treated for that before it gets worse. That may have something to do with his jaw position…might be holding jaw out to prevent pain….i don’t know if chams do that.
