Hello, I was recently in Madagascar and saw quite a few chameleons. I am an ornithologist so I can ID birds, but with chameleons I just have no idea what to look for as diagnostic and don't want to get a book just for these few species. Would be very grateful for your help!!!

In each case it's one chameleon, with multiple shots of it if possible because I didn't know what was needed to ID.

1. taken at Lokobe Nature Reserve on Nosy Be
2. taken at Amber Mountain National Park
3&4. taken at French Mountain
5&6. taken at French Mountain
7. taken at Ankarana National Park
8-10. taken at Ankarana National Park

Thank you!!!!

Hello and welcome! What an incredible trip you must have had. I would love to go to Madagascar someday. I am not great at this but this is what I believe they are:

1. Furcifer Pardalis (Panther Chameleon), most likely Nosy Be - Female locale
2. Calumma Parsonii (Parsons Chameleon - most likely orange eye) - not sure if its male or female, I am guessing male
3-10 Furcifer Oustaleti (Malagasy Giant Chameleon) - not sure if any of them are male or female.

@DeremensisBlue - what do you think?
