Maggots?

Hello everyone...newbie here! I am wondering if it'd be okay to feed my chameleon maggots? I have a compost outside with millions of maggots in it, so I was thinking it'd be a free extra food source. Thanks! Also, what about roaches and moths?

Well I just read that it wouldn't be a good idea for maggots or roaches seeing how they're bacteria breeders! But what about moths that come to my porch light??
