male jackson not eating crix.........

ok so im new to the whole chameleon thing. be gentle. My male jackson Boogie is not eating his crickets i had a couple free running in his cage, and about 7 in a cup for him. Ive never seen him eat a cricket. he loves wild cockroaches i caught for him and house flies. Dosnt like silk worms to much either but i have fed him a couple. Is it possible that he dosnt like crix and never will?

Chameleons can and will get sick of crickets especially the males for some reason. My females will eat just about anything but not the males. You can try gut loaded super worms ( not meal worms ) my males always eat them. But the favorite meal is small roaches but to have them you have to let the roaches grow so they can reproduce and start a colony.
