Looks exactly like the panther I bought a couple months back here in oregon at my local pet shop, makes me wonder if this one happens to be from the same clutch of eggs, looks just like mine lol.

I'm no expert but I'm still learning, I believe in identifying a male vs female you need to look for the hemipenal bulge on the tail, a key indicator for panther chameleons is the bulge and their color. From my understanding females also tend to be the lighter colors.

Yours looks a lot like my female who happens to have pretty similar colors and patterns and also lacks the hemipenal bulge. I'll say female.

Whoa!!! What a cool looking Cham. I would have said not too based on the colors alone. There doesn’t seem to a bulge in either picture. It could be super small maybe. It’s hard to full tell when they are so little. My boy Faly is 4 months and it’s hard to see a bulge at all.

Still looks female to me, that's exactly how mine looked when I picked her out of the cage. She was beautiful and I loved her light colors, she is still able to do that color actually, I see her do it a lot, I think it's behavioral but she tends to get a little lighter in color as she goes lower in the cage. I hope you enjoy your little panther!

Lack of hemipebal bulge is indicative of female. You may not be able to tell until they are larger, however I would go out on a limb even still and say it's a female because again as you can see, there is no hemipenal bulge.

Attached file: This is an adult male panther, you'll be able to see the hemipenal bulge pretty easily here, it's obviously smaller on smaller chameleons so sometimes can be difficult to see.

Going by the color of yours and not seeing a hemipenal bulge I'd also say female.
