Well, I am glad you are not posting threads about his sexual persuasion !!

In this thread, such as Lance, who has tons of experience, and I, would be glad to offer our expertise to help the OP. But better pictures need to be provided, as a lesson for the OP, and anyone else here coming with a similar request. We want to help. And we want to be accurate. But we need a better initial effort than such a poor picture. Its really not that hard to present a better request for help.
