If you could get some better pics it would really help. The color of it makes me think female, but the base of the tail makes me think male. Its really hard to tell with those pics.
That looks like a young male that is just starting to develop his colors. I would guess about 3 months old. Regardless of the color, the tail base says it all.
I didn't mean that it was going to show adult colors. Through experience ive noticed i can almost just look in the baby bins and tell which are male and female. I do agree that it is a male, the tail base is probably the easiest way to tell because even hatchlings have a vestigial pair of hemepenal pockets that usually make the tail base noticeably thicker.
