Male or Female?

today i got a blue bar ambilobe panther chameleon from a local breeder. it is two weeks old and its name is Cosmo. what gender is it? i'm pretty sure it's a male bc of the small bulge under his tail but not sure. also, any advice for the care of baby chameleons?
