We can't with those pics. Can you get a nice clean shot of the side of his tail near the vent (butt) area? Try to get it close and not blurry, if possible. Otherwise it's hard to tell.

I'd also say its a boy. In my experience, if the coloration leans towards stripes, its a boy, if spots, its a girl. Tough when they are that small, but should be a boy. Either way, congrates! Boy or girl u'll love em!
