Its probably been a month since my male panther has eaten a cricket. He is only eating wax and super worms. Hes been doing this for awhile and when I starved him for about a week he would eat a cricket of two. I cup feed so I know whats hes eating how bad is it that hes only eating worms?

Sometimes, Chameleons will go through phases where they won't eat their normal staples. So, he might never eat crickets again, he might. You just have to feed him what he'll eat. Hope this helps.

Waxworms are NOT good, you shouldnt feed them to him often, i dont feed them to my chams anymore, they made my Panther have "boobs" (fat deposits) and they are finally starting to go away

God and he loves those, there so small tho. Ok so superworms and what else, my local pet store only sells crickets, wax, and superworms. I live in Gainesville FL, is there any feeder places people know of in Florida.

Lucky Lure Cricket Farm. Why don't you buy some online? Very cheap. Places near you is Armstrongs, Ghanns, and Lucky Lure. Plus, others that sell Silkworms. Hope this helps.

Yea Ive been to underground reptiles but thats in fort lauderdale, im up in gainesville for school right now. Im looking at some of those websites right now.

If you breed them, then you can always have some. Roaches are fairly easy to breed from what I've read.

Yea he likes those, sometimes I just hate ordering them and then they get huge, smell and die.

i am assuming you are talking about hornworms.
Do they looked like the bottom hornworm in the pic where it kinda pale in color and almost looked shriveled?

If that is the case, they are not dead. They are about to pupate.
Once finished they will turn to this:

And once ready they will become moths, which can be offered as enrichment feeder for your chameleon. They can flutter and fly. My veiled goes nut seeing one.
