So I just bought those live meal worms they sell at PETCO, they come in a little blue container.

My question is, how do I feed these meal worms?
Are they the best food to give to my cham?
Should I give my cham the worms out of the container without feeding the worms something first?

Thanks!:D

Mealworms are not a good feeder for your cham. They are hard to digest. Use superworms instead and also silkworms are good feeders.

Simply put in a cup or set on something in the cage.

Definatly not, because of their high chitin and low nutrition. once a week is fine, since variety is key, and the more different feeders the better. but not every day, as they can become impacted.

You need to gutload. I recommend collard greens, mustard greens, apple, orange, sqash, etc. Do NOT use tomato, broccoli, spinach, lettuce, or cabbage.
