mealworms

Superworms, silk worms are good depending on the age of your cham. If it is still tiny, then crickets should be their main staple. Actually, crickets are a very healthy staple for your cham along with silkies. I think if you check out the forums you will find a sticky for the types of feeders that are good. Look in the food forum at the top of the postings.

thank you she is about 12 months old so the pet shop said what do u think about feedin her mealworms some ppl said do and some ppl said dont

Mealworms are not a good feeder-they have a hard outer shell that seems to not digest well. Superworms have a softer shell, and silkworms are soft bodied. Wax worms are OK in extreme moderation since they are high in fat.

Lily loves mealworms too. She doesn't get them very often (they are mainly for Bubble, my Sugar Glider:D)! When I do give them to my chameleon I make sure that I only give her the newly shed (white) ones and dust them with calcium.
