Meet Magellan

So I decided to add a new member to the family. His name is Magellan. I am not sure of the sex, but he strikes me a he. He is the brighter of the two chameleons in the picture. He is a semi-fresh WC and spent about a month in FL acclimating to captivity. He is slowly getting used to his new digs and is quite the explorer, hence the name Magellan.

He is in pretty good health overall with the exception of a little scab on the mouth and some overall dirt that is coming off with his current shedding.

Not sure on the age, but I would guess 1.5 - 2 years.

Chams1 and I went in on three of these, so the other one in the pic is hers. I am just cham-sitting for a few days.

They both eat like pigs and poop like them too. :D

Congratulations on the new edition or shall I say editions ;) They look great!

Melleri are just incredable, how many do you have now? I know Julie has to have like 50 :p :D

I love my Mellers and I know you will love yours - Cham1 might have to fight you for theirs back - you will get soo attached to it!

Soooo....when I came home last night, I found the two new ones sleeping nose to nose. It was absolutely adorable. When my wife saw this she said, "Awwwww I want to keep them both!" So, I made a call to Chams1, who was already on her way to pick up the other one, and told her the situation. Once she got there, we talked a little bit about and we came to the conclusion that I will just keep both.

So, I would like to officially introduce everyone to Daphne :)

Thank you so much chams1!
