This could just as well be an article on wild caught chameleons. Regardless of the restrictions and legislation in your own country, if it's sourced from a 3rd world country, there is a very good chance the resource is being blatantly abused and mismanaged despite of local laws.

If you are part of the demand you are part of the problem so buy from a breeder!

I've looked and looked and looked, but I can still not find any madagascan ebony, rosewood and pallisander breeders in or out of the US.
I'll keep looking. :rolleyes:
