so when my mist king sits for awhile and it starts up, it leaks a little at the zip drip valve. i found in the faq section on mistking's website that this is a known issue but i'm a little confused...

i have the pump, the zipdrip valve and the resevoir on the ground. do i have to move my pump off the ground and to the top of cage? that can't be right. anyone else had this problem? thanks

Marty

i ordered my mist king and u where on vacation. i looked today witch is Monday and it said that it has not shipped. will it ship out tomorrow.

PM me your order number or your email address with which you placed the order and I'll tell you where it is.

Marty, I have the system installed 2 weeks now and they are working great but I want it to be better so I search for zipdrip valve issue and found this thread.

The Q/A of your website indicate that we install it wrong but we follow your installation instruction and the image on page 4 and 7 show us how to install it.

I would suggest that you take 5 minutes of you time and replace page 4 and 7 to the correct installation method if add zipdrip. Also, please include additional female/female adapter at the pump and reserve T so the zipdrip can relocate to the highest point. I now have to hunt down for the adapter before it can be relocate the zipdrip which is no fun.

Hi MTB, I agree I have to redo the instructions. It's on my todo list. You don't need any extra parts to install the ZipDrip. Send me an email with your setup to marty at mistking

Marty always responds so quickly I have a mental image of him sitting on his computer refreshing every second as fast as he can, his face inches from the screen, pouncing on every thread about Mist Kings. :D
