well i have my basking spot set between 80 & 84 and once ive misted for 3mins the temp drops to about 75f which is all fine.now when the temp creeps back up it sometimes goes to 85-86?? it stays like that for roughley 15-20 mins then goes back to normal temps.my question is,is it ok for a creep in temp for a very short period.i have my basking bulb attached to a dimmer thermostat and have done nothing but tweek it all bleeding day 20mins or so after ive misted.once it gets above 84 i go and turn it down but when it settles it gets below the correct temps.it doesnt always happen but does about 2-3 times a day at most.
what shall i do?? leave it how it is?
