My schedule is
6:30 am for 2 minutes
10:00 am for 4 minutes
2:00 pm for 4 minutes
5:00 pm for 2 minutes
I have panthers and am no Veild expert but this schedule has worked great for me for years.

My schedule is UVB and my grow light on at 7am, mist at 7:30am for 3.5 minutes, basking light on 8am, basking light off at 12pm, mist for 45 seconds at 12:15pm, basking light back on at 12:30pm, basking light off at 6, mist for 4.5 minutes at 6:30pm, UVB and grow light off at 7pm. Fogger throughout most of the night. Everything is controlled with timers and an automatic misting system (mistking).

I look at the mistaking but I’m on a budget now so starting off small. And I have a small enclosure.

Your misting schedule really depends on your chameleon’s drinking response and humidity levels. What works for one keeper may not work for another keeper. As long are their urates are white/cream and you are staying within the desired humidity levels then what you’re doing is working.

I’d start conservative and increase as needed. Try 2x a day for 2-3 minutes.
