Mistking issues

Hey guys, i had got a starter mistking system with the zipdrip and it worked good for a day but now its acting like it cant start or turnover. When it turns on it will just sit there and turn on then off but will not actually start up. If you take the OC sticker of the end i can see the little metal rod trying to spin but it just kinda twerks. Im pretty sure the starter is out but thats kinda weird since i just got my system about 2 days ago. Also when my pool starter on its pump goes out it does somthing very simlier. If anyone has had this issue any help would be great

have you plugged it in to the timer yet? it wont function unless its plugged into the timer, that timer needs to be plugged in

Thats not true, The pump should turn on and run if pluged in to an outlet without the timer.

Check The two spade connectors and the 2 Tamiya style connectors, and be sure they are making a good connection. They may have come lose during shipping. If in fact you do have a faulty unit, rest assured that Marty will resolve the issue.

try unpluggin the tube from where the nozzle is and reconnect it? Mistking is a superior product, I love it as well!! Marty is very helpful with support.
