Monty at 8 months!

Monty turned 8 months on 3rd May and now weighs 25g. He is growing nicely and is always green now! He is inquisitive and rather friendly too! He reached out for me again today when I stood in front of his cage, so I opened the door and let him out. Here's a few pics that I took today.

I just love the colours under his chin!

He is still quite small. My hands aren't very big yet he still clings to my thumb!

Took him out for some photos in the blossom, but it was a little windy today and he had to hold on tightly!

I didn't realise until I looked at this photo on the computer, that there is a fly on the leaf above him!

Monty is super awesome. I love seeing his progress photos. I can remember him being a little baby! lol. He always looks so happy in his photos, almost smiling in them all.

Gorgeous pics as always , Monty is such a preety boy i love the bluish hue he has with the green, my Toby is a yellow/green in colour, cant remember him being different when he was younger.

Thank you so much everyone! All the stress and worry has really been worth it! He is the most amazing little man ever! Love him to bits, and now he has started reaching out to me when he wants to come out it makes my heart melt!

Erm, I don't know really! I have had him since he was 7 weeks old and weighed 2g. I think that having him from such a young age has helped. Jacksons are usually more placid and inquisitive. At Christmas, we decorated the tree in front of his viv before moving it to the window and he sat right at the front watching us the whole time! Hand feeding has also played a part in getting him used to me. He has done so well and grown such a lot, yet he is still quite small!
