Mourning my sweet Oscar Meller

My sweet Melleri, Oscar, had to be put to sleep on Saturday after a very long and tough recovery from 3rd degree burns a few months ago. He was a fighter when I brought him home at 3 weeks old and not even a gram in weight - the smallest in his clutch. I had my boy on my hip for the past year and he was such a wonderful gift in my life. I miss him terribly already - he was such an amazing and wonderful friend. He taught me so much in his year with me, and I'm grateful to have 3 other Melleri chams that will follow in his sweet footsteps.

So sad to read this. Oscar was such a special boy! I can't believe how tiny he was! It just shows that boogers are so cute! He grew into such a handsome boy. You will never forget him and I am sure you have plenty of photos to remind you of the good times. Seep tight Oscar. xx
