I don't see anything that looks wrong from that picture. Do you have another thread started already besides this one? Did you fill out the ask for help form? I am just assuming because you said people already told you to look in his mouth.
I would check ur cage set up and like carol5208 said fill out the form,so we can help u identity the problem n making suggestion on why is he not eating.
