Hey there I’m moving a verocussus Cham that’s 1 year 9 months old I’m just moving him from one house to another it’s not far but I’m worried about it. I can’t imagine losing him, what’s the safest way to move him?

Thank you that helps!most either use a small cat carrier, or a shoe box with a stick through it. People make it across several states with a few hotels stays, just fine, with multiple chameleons. Basically they goto sleep for a day or 2, and wake up in the new house.
Ok I have a box but my cham is pretty Territorial how do I get him in it?Shoe box with no visible light getting in.
