I'm still oblivious to chams but my femal doesn't really change colors only light green and when she's agitated a dark green with dark green spots and when she's mad a dark brown but about a week ago I noticed a few yellow streaks on her? She's about 4 or 5 months and she hasn't been drinking much so she's a lil dehydrated but still eats a lil. I can never find anything on when they start laying eggs, just people saying it varies on the blood line so I'm just looking out for her but I'm planning on taking her to the vet next pay I was supposed to today but I only got half a check on account that they messed up my time sheets because of hurricane in Texas lol I don't remember the name but yeah i just wanna know what's up with this new color?

Yellow splotches mean she's reached sexual maturity. Turquoise blue dots mean she's receptive or can indicate she's gravid when accompanied by a dark almost black background.

So about how long till she starts laying eggs? Cause I just found some poop that looks like an egg? Kinda squished it with my tweezers but that's the second one I found and usually it don't look like that?

There's no way to know for sure when they aren't mated. When unmated veileds lay 3 or 4 clutches a year...but iwhen they start depends on things like how well fed they are, whether or not they see a male, etc.

Post a photo please.
