My boy isn't eating wel

My sister currently is taking care of my boy until he can move. She says he's not eating very well, even if she tries to force feed him by putting them in his face. What should she do? Should she start giving him meal worms until he gets regular? I haven't had a chameleon since I was in elementary so I'm back to newby status. Any advice?
