My chameleon can not poop!!!

People, I need help, I'm worried for may cham, she didn't poop yesterday and today, her belly is bigger then usually.
She doesn't want to eat anything! She used to poop in the morning after she woke up , and warmed up. She seems constipated. Is it possible that that's a cockroaches' fault? We didn't have much crickets for a few days, so we were giving her only one or two a day, and also we gave her cockroaches and worms .
She doesn't drink much water.
Her humidity is 52% and temperature 26 °C
What can i do to help her?

I wouldn't really worry if it's only been a day. My chameleon has gone four days without a BM and then when I had him outside, he took a huge dump on my arm. Perks of animal ownership if you ask me!

I found that it takes a bit longer for my boy to digest roaches.
