My chameleon loves her Kale

Is kale safe for her to be eating? i have a deli cup in her tank with sum cut up kale carrots and sweet potatos and I think she likes eating her veggies more she still loves her crickets but really like her veggies. are this 100% for her to be eating? is there anything better i should be buying for her?

Veggies are very good for your Chameleons along with feeder insects. Are you gut loading the crickets? and using supplements?

I have my crickets in a different container with kale carrots white and sweet potatoes and then i transfer a about 8 into a container with the same veggies in her tank. so they eat it while they are in her tank and b4.
