He won't eat

He is a male and I have had him since january he is about 7 inches. I hold him a lot and I think that he likes it his eye is like half open and kinda bulged and a yellow glazed look. I feed him small crickets and meal worms but he hasn't eaten in almost a week. I've tried giving him more vitamin A and his color is kinda faded and idk y his cage temperature is 80-90 and he is a veiled chameleon the humidity I just spray his enclosure with water every couple hours. I'm trying to get a humidifier but my dad doesn't think that he needs it. I put him outside about 1-2 hours every day. I have a dog that has a new interest in him is he just stressed.

His enclosure is at the foot of my bed on a stand about a foot of the ground I have fake leaves in it and fake mold stuff I think and I have no idea how to measure humidity he is juvinile I feed him at about 5 I live in new Mexico kind close to mountains. I give him vitamin A in his water and he has never been tested for parasites he has never even been to a vet my parents think that it will cost too much. I give him rep-cal calcium with vit D and I feed the crickets calcium fortified flukers. He lately has had a weaker grip then usual I really think he is sick but idk how he got sick or what he has or if there is a vet that I can take him too that isn't expensive because I'll probably wind up paying for it and I'm 14 so idont have a steady income. Sometimes I melt ice cubes onto of the cage and his droppings are brown then dry to a white color and I have never seen him drink his cage is glass with a screen top. He seems to get better when in the sun. I got his lights from pet smart.
