this morning i looked into the cage and saw my female jackson chameleon was a lot skinner and i knew she was preganent so i thought did she give birth then i noticed a little baby right by her i was wondering what is the best way to take the babies out

You should wait until you are guaranteed she has gave birth to all of her babies. Ep:2 of the chameleon breeder podcast covers what to do in this situation.
