my lighting, too much/not enough

my setup is screen from LLL measures 36"L x 19"w x 48"T , lighting is 2 -24" reptisun 5.0 uvb als a doubledome fixture with a reptisun 5.0 power compact in one side and a reptisun basking bulb in the other is the to much or not enough temps are just right i gurss im asking if this could be to much uvb light for him he is a panther by the way, any input is welcome thanks

I would say too much. you can get rid of one of the 24" 5.0 you only need one, put it away and save it for later when you need to change out the one your using as they are only good for 6 months. You can then replace it with a 6500k 24" which will be good for growing plants. You can also get red of the 5.0 CF.

So in the end you will have one reptisun 5.0 24" and one 6500k fluorescent 24". And one basking bulb.

will the lighting im currently using be harmfull to my cham? or just overkill?

That's Tuff. It wouldn't put out higher levels just more waves. I'd still put a 25" away to change.out the other when te bad.. but i dont belive It would be HARMFUL. I'd raise em up high. Cause ur chances of solar burn are higher with that much exposure. If Its close.
