my veiled doesn't trust me anymore?

hi guys my cham is always been nice and friendly when she was in her standard viv in my home. she used to come to me whenever I got close to the viv with food.
4 days ago I travelled for 5hrs with her in a box to my summer villa in countryside.
I've put her in her new XL full mesh viv with a plant and lots of branches but shes still scared af. whenever I get close to her she hides behind the branch and she wont even eat when I offer her the crickets in the cup with my hand. what do I do? i feel so bad right now...

Leave her be for a little she's more and likely stressed from the 5hr travel in the box, I'd give her maybe a week or so with some time to herself, like only walk to her viv for feeding etc. and leave her alone She will calm down after some time, patience.

This is perfectly normal before, so I wouldn't worry yourself just yet. The stress of a big move can upset chameleons easily, since they are generally opposed to changes, large and small. It's also likely a product of the fact that she's getting older. As they mature, they tend to get grumpy!

I think @Syreptyon nailed it. They get grumpy as they age and environmental changes are stressful. Back off for a week or two and she will be fine.

Id be scared of you too if you stuck me in a box for 5 hours then into a new cage with new surrounding. lol

Give the cham space and time to settle down. I know my chameleon doesnt like a change in his routine at all...

thank you guys for the answers, btw she's getting old yes but she changed her behaviour so quickly after I've put her in the new cage. I've seen grumpy chams but none of them used to get thinner to hide behind a branch, shes still scared after 6 days, well I guess I just have to wait.. thanks again!
