Soooo.....yea I'm now also addicted to trying to breed my own feeders! Wife hates roaches, but I hate crickets...
My wife says i am going overboard...

Is the Fluker's Cricket Diet what you're using for the roaches?
Just label the containers something different and hopefully the wife won't notice. Either that or make cricket disguises for the roaches so she can't tell the difference

Yea the cricket diet isnt made just for crickets, I mainly feed veggies and greens but the cricket diet helps them grow faster.

Get some blaberus craniifer, and Eublaberus posticus. Both are great roaches for handling and are slightly pretty.
The green nanner roaches will benefit with rotting wood.

Ah he's in the same position as me then.
Use Blaberus atropos instead of orange heads.
And make sure you keep the Pycnoscelus surinamensis out of your other enclosures.

Honestly I can't see how any of those animals escaping, most of the roaches he's keeping, can't even climb...
I'm also lost on how hornworms escaping...
Tell her I say that she needs to chill out.

My cage is on a drainage pan, which has a small gap. Nothing to worry about a cham getting through, but sometimes feeders find their way out and explore their whole new world!

I'm going to suggest Blaberus atropos it's a slow moving roach and makes a good ambassador species.
While I know a few other roach species, your going to want to avoid them since you have a stubborn waifu.
Pseudomops septentrionalis maybe worth a shot, pretty colors, but fast moving.
