I have nats in my screen cage at the bottom and I think I saw Henry eat one today any ideas on how to get rid of them and is it gonna b a problem because he ate one and can they harm him?

Do you use organic soil?
You might need to remove your plants, dig out the soil and replace it with new, non organic but clean soil. Vinegar will also help flush the soil.
It won't hurt him that he ate some

2 b honest i left the soil the plants came in from lll reptile and put rocks over it so he wouldnt eat the white stuff in it but now i see i should just go buy diff dirt or could i clean the plants i have now???
