Can this be used daily, mixed with the other supplements that are needed?

Have any of you guys or girls experienced one of your chams favoring over an insect with bee pollen covered on it?

Also, how often do you guys dust with spurulina?

I love the smell of bee pollen, unlike my mom  lol...

I'd liek to know too as I'll be getting some pygmies soon. I have a bunch of the pollen left from making up fly food for the mantid feeders so I've decided to feed my crickets and roaches a mix of ground high protein cat chow (Sprout brand), Bee Pollen and Honey Powder and it seems the insects like it. I've never tried dusting any of them with it though I figure if it's in their gut they'll be fortified with the vitamins of it.

What is dusting with spirulina supposed to do? I've never read anything about that.

I would have thought BP and HP would be sweet, but the stuff I got isn't, bleh!

Try to use everything in moderation, not everyday. I don't think it's a good dust on item. I use a very small amount of it in the gutload for insects. The other Bee item I use is a drop of honey from time to time to help hold finely crushed egg shells on feeder insects before feeding.

High Protein gutload can lead to gout in your chameleon. Do your research before doing this.

I agree, everything in moderation. I crush up some bee pollen and put a few drops of water in with it, mix it up real good and dip my large feeders (dubias) in it about once a week and feed only one dipped dubia to my chams.

So Steve are you using the crushed egg shell in lieu of calcium powder?
