I have:
Calyposo calcium (no d3)
Repton - insect dusting suppliment (its from Euro rep and contains D3 + other vits etc)
I also have Sandfire super foods chameleon dust (by t-rex which is another all in one)

Is this sufficient for dusting etc or should I get other supplimenting tools? I ask questions like this quite often but never find the answer i'm looking for becauase when I ask people reply with "Oh I use this I use that" but that is not the question i'm asking (Sorry if this sounds rude i'm just a bit worried thats all:)) thanks guys.

i use miner all, calcium with d3 and another without. so it sounds good i would just check that you are covering all of these area:
d3, calcium vitamins and minerals

i use minerall it has all the essential minerals. you can get this online for about 7 dollars or at a privetly owned pet store or reptile store because comercial ones like petco and petsmart dont carry them. try lllreptile.com and bigappleherp.com

Calcium, phosphorous, D3 and vitamin A are the main players in bone health and need to be in balance. Look at your supplements to see which of these is contained in each. (You don't need to worry about beta carotene sources of vitamin A just the preformed sources.) Also, look at what you feed to the insects to see which of these is in each.

D3 is produced by the body through exposure to UVB either from sunlight or from UVB lights. (Neither source of UVB should pass through glass or plastic.)
D3 allows the chameleon to use the calcium in its system.

Many of the insects we use as feeders have a poor ratio of calcium to phosphorous...so dusting with a phos.-free calcium powder at most feedings helps to make up for this.

To ensure that your chameleon gets its vitamins dusting twice a month with a vitamin powder with a beta carotene source of vitamin A helps. Beta carotene sources of vitamin A won't build up in the system. It not known whether all/any chameleon species can convert beta carotene though so some people give a little preformed vitamin A once in a while. Excess preformed vitamin A can build up in the system and prevent the D3 from doing its job and lead to MBD...so don't overdo it.

D3 from supplements can build up in the system, so I only use them twice a month because my chameleons only get UVB from tube lights.

Appropriate basking temperature plays a part in proper digestion, so this also plays a part in nutrient absorption.

Insects should be fed a nutritious diet and gutloaded before feeding them to the chameleon.

I realize this is not telling you how often to use the supplements you mentioned, but I haven't used them. I hope the above will help!
